Medfest Business Hub

To make the most of your participation at the MedFest Business HUB, please follow these simple steps:

1. Registration (by 18 September)
Complete your online registration by filling in your personal information and company details. This will allow us to validate your profile and include you in the official participant list.

2. Matchmaking & Agenda Building (19–25 September)
From 19 September, the digital matchmaking platform (web + app) will open. You will have one week to browse the list of international buyers and providers, send meeting requests, and build your personalized agenda for the B2B sessions on 26–27 September.

3. B2B Meetings (26–27 September)
During the event, your confirmed meetings will take place at the Business HUB inside the Archaeological Museum of Olbia. Each meeting slot is scheduled and managed via the platform to ensure maximum efficiency.

4. On-Site Support
Our staff will be available throughout the event to assist with registration, technical support, last-minute agenda changes, and to facilitate networking opportunities.
